At the heart of its authenticity is the ancient process we still use today. We create these irregular spheres by hand, rolling semolina in a terracotta basin (known as “sa scivedda”) before toasting them in the oven. This careful craftsmanship results in a pasta that deserves a permanent place in your pantry.
Cooking Instructions: Pour contents of the package into a pot with about 1 gallon of salted boiling water. After 10 minutes, drain and season to taste.
