Using circular bronze die plates, the pasta achieves a rough surface that perfectly holds sauces and enhances flavor. Tubetti are dried at temperatures between 36°C and 55°C for 22 hours, ensuring the preservation of their flavor and nutritional content.
With a diameter of 10.2 mm and a length of 7 mm, Tubetti cook in 7 to 9 minutes, making them an excellent choice for hearty soups, pasta salads, or any dish where a smaller pasta shape is preferred.
